Some Frequently Asked
Questions regarding our work
Q: How high can the photos
be taken from?
A: We can operate up to
maximum of 70 meters from
the pilot depending on
various factors.
Q: Why using remote
controlled platforms instead
of full size helicopters for
aerial photographs?
A: The system offers low
operating cost compared to a
full size helicopter. The
helicam is highly
maneuverable, low risk and
camera may be panned and
tilted separately to capture
any angle.
Q: How does weather affect
photo shoots?
A: Our helicam can operate
in winds up to 20kph for
stills, film/video ideally
requires calm weather, as
with all location-based
filming we monitor weather
conditions in order to shoot
on the best day.
Q: What kind of cameras do
you use ?
A: We use digital video or
still cameras, either a
Canon or Sony. Minimal 8.0
megapixels
